International Master of Science in Nurse-Midwifery Degree Program
Department Introduction
This program was founded in 2013, and the program is the only nurse-midwifery English master program in Taiwan. This program aims to help students developing professional knowledge and skills in nurse-midwifery, teaching students advanced knowledge and skills concerning midwifery, guidance and counseling. It also emphasizes academic study and operations management to cultivate research staffs and leaders dedicated to children and women’s health issues, enrich clinical midwifery human resources and enhance clinical studies.

Eligibility for Admission
- Have at least 1 year experience working in delivery room or practicing in home birth setting.
- Foregin students should carefully read the MOE Regulations "Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan " for application eligibility.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or associate degree in fields related to nursing or midwifery from foreign universities and colleges approved by R.O.C. (Taiwan) Ministry of Education.

English Language Proficiency
Applicants from countries where English is not the native language, or those who have completed their bachelor’s degree at a non-English speaking academic institution, are required to have evidence of English proficiency equivalent to TOFEL iBT test score of 46, or IELTS 5.5 or higher, or CEFR B2 Vantage or higher.
