 Eligibility for Admission

1. Bachelor’s or associate degree in healthcare or management from a foreign.
2. Applicants from non-English-speaking countries or institutions must provide English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or CEFR B2 or above.
3. Foreign students should carefully read the MOE Regulations “Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” for application eligibility.

Financial statement (needs to be greater than USD$3500)Financial statements must be obtained from a bank, and the account must be owned by the student or the sponsor, who must attach a separate sponsorship statement and Financial Sponsor Letter.Financial proof must be a bank-issued certificate dated within two weeks of the application, showing conversion from the home country's currency to USD or NTD.

Native speakers: Applicants exempt from the English proficiency test shall submit a a passport as proof.

Previous degree taught in English/obtained in an English-speaking country: Exempt from the English proficiency test; a school certificate must be provided.
