• Qualification for application 報考資格

1. Meet the following conditions:
   (1) Applicants must be recent graduates or alumni of domestic or international colleges or universities recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in midwifery-related programs, or meet the eligibility requirements for admission to a master’s program with equivalent academic qualifications.
   (2) Holders of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nursing or midwifery license.
2. For applicants with the qualification of a fresh graduates, the overall academic average ranking within the top 50% of the class (attach transcripts and proof of academic ranking over the years).
3. TOCFL Level 3 or above. (including listening, reading, and speaking tests)

• Admission Requirements 報名應繳文件  ​  

Please prepare two sets of the following documents: one for eligibility review and one for departmental review.
(1)    Registration information：
①    Application form
②    Photocopy of passport
③    A copy of the highest degree certificate or diploma.(Fresh graduates, please provide a proof of enrollment.)
④    Transcript(Current Graduates)
⑤    A copy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) nursing or midwifery license
⑥    NTUNHS health examination form
⑦    Financial statement
Please prepare the following materials as required
(2)    Other required documents：
①    Transcript of the highest degree (Fresh graduates: 4-year programs submit up to year 3, semester 2; 2-year programs submit up to year 1, semester 2).
②    One or two recommendation letters
③    3 copies of academic and professional background record (with proof)
④    3 copies of study/research plan
⑤    3 copies of autobiography
⑥    Proof of midwifery experience, publications, contributions, awards, or employment (3 copies).
 

• Language Proficiency 語言能力要求

TOCFL Level 3 or above. (including listening, reading, and speaking tests)
