International Sport Science and Smart Health Master's Program
Department Introduction
The department focuses on cultivating interdisciplinary professionals in sports and health to meet the growing demands of the industry. Its curriculum integrates foundational courses in sports coaching and physical wellness with advanced topics like smart health technologies and cross-border learning, enhancing students' global competitiveness. At both undergraduate and graduate levels, the program bridges theory and practice through core courses and diverse electives. It also provides training for certifications, such as National Physical Fitness Instructor and Traditional Tui-Na Massage Technician. Overseas internships further enrich students' expertise and global mobility.

Eligibility for Admission
- Do not have overseas Chinese status and do not hold a R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport for the last eight years.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in fields related to sports and health sciences from universities and colleges approved by R.O.C. (Taiwan) Ministry of Education (MOE).
- Foreign students should carefully read the MOE Regulations “Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” for application eligibility.

English Language Proficiency
English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2 Vantage or TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.5 or higher (an official score report is required).
Native speakers: Applicants exempt from the English proficiency test shall submit a a passport as proof.
Previous degree taught in English/obtained in an English-speaking country: Exempt from the English proficiency test; a school certificate must be provided.
