• Qualification for application 報考資格

4-year program :   Graduates of senior high schools, or those who meet the equivalent qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education.
2-year program :   Graduates of nursing colleges or those who meet the equivalent qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education.

• Admission Requirements 報名資格繳付文件

1. Registration information：
   ①    2 copies of application form (Printable Paper Form or Online Application Form)
   ②    2 copies of photocopy of passport
   ③    2 copies of highest educational degree certificate or diploma
   ④    2 copies of transcript (all academic years)
   ⑤    NTUNHS health examination form
   ⑥    Financial statement
2.  Other required documents：
   ①    Study plan: Must include 1,200 words or fewer
   a.    Autobiography
   b.    Why did you choose this department? 
   c.    Plans
   ②    Activity proof : Awards, certificates, competition results, leadership, community service, work experience, etc.
   ③    Relevant proof of Chinese Proficiency: documents, certificates, and licenses
   ④    One recommendation letter
    

• Language proficiency certificate 語言能力要求

​TOCFL Level 3 (CEFR-B1)或以上(含聽力、閱讀、口說測驗)

• Degree 授予學位

​理學學士Bachelor of Science (BS)
