• Qualification for application 報考資格

 Meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Fresh graduates from domestic or foreign colleges or universities.

(2) Graduates with a bachelor's degree or those who meet the requirements for applying to a master's program with equivalent qualifications.

• Admission Requirements 報名應繳文件  

Please prepare two sets of the following documents: one for eligibility review and one for departmental review.
(1)    Registration information：
①    Application form
②    Photocopy of passport
③    A copy of the highest degree diploma.(Fresh graduates, please provide a proof of enrollment.)
④    Proof of Academic Standing and Ranking (for Graduating Students)
⑤    NTUNHS health examination form
⑥    Financial statement

Please prepare the following materials as required
(2)    Other required documents：
①    Transcript of the highest degree (one original and one copy).(Fresh graduates must submit complete transcripts up to the semester prior to the application deadline.)
②    One or two recommendation letters 
③    2 copies of academic and professional background record (attach proof).
④    2 copies of study/ research plan 
⑤    2 copies of autobiography 
⑥    Proof of long-term care experience, publications, awards, or contributions (2 copies; include employment proof if applicable, using organization formats if available) 
 

• Language Proficiency 語言能力要求

TOCFL Level 2 or above.(including listening, reading, and speaking tests)

• Degree 授予學位 ​
