• Qualification for application報考資格

1. Meet one of the following conditions:
   (1) Graduates of domestic or foreign public and private universities, or graduates from nursing or nursing-related master's programs at foreign universities recognized by the Ministry of Education, and holding a nursing license.
   (2)  Have been engaged in relevant work related to the applied department for more than 6 years, and have presented works equivalent to the level of a master's thesis, and hold a nursing license.
    

• Admission Requirements 報名應繳文件​

1. Please prepare two sets of the following documents: one for eligibility review and one for departmental review.
   (1)    Registration information：
   ①    Application form
   ②    Photocopy of passport
   ③    A copy of the highest degree certificate or diploma.(Fresh graduates, please provide a proof of enrollment.)
   ④    A copy of domestic or international nursing license.
   ⑤    NTUNHS health examination form
   ⑥    Financial statement
   
   Please prepare the following materials as required
   (2)    Other required documents：
   ①    Proof of clinical and teaching experience (including academic and professional records).
   ②    One copy each of undergraduate and master’s transcripts (Fresh graduates must include all available transcripts).
   ③    Fresh graduates must submit proof of having applied for their thesis oral examination.
   ④    A copy of the master's thesis or published work.
   ⑤    Autobiography (max 5 pages)
   ⑥    Doctoral research proposal (max 5 pages).
   ⑦    Two recommendation letters (fresh graduates require one from their thesis advisor).
   ⑧    Proof of outstanding work performance
   ⑨    Chinese proficiency documents or certificates.

• Language Proficiency 語言能力要求

TOCFL Level 3 or above. including listening, reading, and speaking tests)

• Degree 授予學位
