• Qualification for application 報考資格

1. ​Meet one of the following conditions:

   (1) Graduates of domestic and foreign universities or colleges who are in the nursing, nursing-related department.
   (2) Holders of a nursing license who meet the requirements for applying for a master's degree program based on equivalent academic qualifications.

• Admission Requirements 報名應繳文件
  1. Please prepare two sets of the following documents: one for eligibility review and one for departmental review.
     (1)    Registration information：
     ①    Application form
     ②    Photocopy of passport
     ③    A copy of the highest educational degree certificate or diploma (Fresh graduates, please provide a proof of enrollment.)
     ④    A copy of domestic or international nursing license.
     ⑤    NTUNHS health examination form
     ⑥    Financial statement
     Please prepare the following materials as required
     (2)    Other required documents：
     ①    Academic and professional background record (attach proof).
     ②    Transcripts of the highest degree (including academic ranking). (Fresh graduates must submit transcripts up to the most recent semester.)
     ③    Autobiography 
     ④    Study plan (self-determined format)
     ⑤    One recommendation letter
     ⑥    Relevant proof of Chinese proficiency
     ⑦    Additional materials (e.g., language certificates, nursing licenses, training proofs, publications, awards, etc.).

TOCFL Level 3 or above. including listening, reading, and speaking tests)
